My one year McAfee that came with the lappy is gone now and there is no way I am gonna pay them the kind of money they want.

Sure our good drktitan posted 2009 version of McAfee over here (not sure if its "available" for an year or lifelong?) but I was just checking some review sites and NOD32 seems to score quite high...McAfee is not among top 3 ever...that surprises me a bit as most big corporates seem to go with it (or Nortan).

Anyhow I d/led the trial version of NOD32....seems pretty nifty till now...anyone who uses it wanna share their opinion of it?

....and of course, some nice and clean keygen for NOD32 V.0.437.0 will be great too !!!

NOD32 has a higher detection rate then McAfee or Norton. NOD32 is solid. At where I work, we used to sell Symantec Endpoint (Corporate Edition - for businesses). Once we put on NOD32 on our own network, it detected viruses that Norton wasn't even picking up. So NOD32 is way to go, and is comparable in pricing if you were wanting to purchase it. You can download the full version w/ keygen somewhere, but I know they cycle through the keys pretty quickly once they detect more than one person using a key and they "blacklist" it.

My theory: Anyone that develops a virus tests it against the Norton product. Most people use Norton, therefore, if it passes the "eyes of Norton", then those customers will be infected. McAfee is absolute garbage and is another bloat on the system.

NOD32 is best.
