as more information about the accuser ,her motives, her character & disposition come out the prosecutions case falls apart and Kobe has nothing more to hide since he admitted infidelity but the acccuser K Faber has pages & ream of documents about her that the prosecution wants to hide about her & her character. I think the laws will be changed after this case to make it harder to convict on rape.

Rape Shield Laws will NOT be repealed, as you expected. Case law will take place instead, whatever the outcome. There will be no difference as to protecting accuser's identity on the part of the cops, detectives and DAs. The press will continue to do the same by choice. However, neighbors will continue to speculate, including lighting speed on the internet. The rape shield law was obsolete before it was enacted. It's just that the government doesn't know it yet. Go figure.
