It is so clear that the prosecution was withholding documents on Kate Faber previous "rape" claim to be produced for the court to review in his chambers, called "in-camera." The public will not get to see or hear what the content of those documents transmitted. It does substantiate that Kate had earlier incident of false rape. It should be interesting to see what happens next week in court. Maybe Kobe gets an early Christmas card. LOL
