ImageVenue Question

Not sure if this is the forum for this question, but it seems to be closest.

I usually use ImageVenue to upload the pix of scantily clad ladies I sometimes post over in the "pron" department. ImageVenue takes the order of the pictures and scrambles it. Maybe I'm being picky, but I think a set should begin with the clothes on and proceed in an ordered fashion to the final pic of maximum birthday suit-ness. Once an article of clothing is removed, I find it disconcerting when it's back on in the next pic.

I see other sets posted here from ImageVenue that appear to be in proper order. What am I doing wrong?

How are you uploading them? I have an account there. What I now find is easiest for me is to upload 8 images at a time.

They return them in order with 4 in row 1, 3 in row 2, and 1 in row 3. I just have to adjust carefully to make two rows with 4 in each row, and in order.

See my post yesterday (I think) in the jailbait thread, 100+ pics of a girl. Those were uploaded 40 at a time into a folder, and I collected the links later. I couldn't access Webrats for a time and this enabled me to upload now, post later. I posted 20 pics per post. All came back in order.

I'm registered at ImageVenue, too.

I just went to the site, logged in and uploaded a 20 pic set as a test. I use their upload interface on the home page.

After the upload the pix automatically displayed and this time they were in correct order as was the link list at the bottom, but for some reason it missed one pic. I went back to the upload window on the home page, reloaded that one and it displayed by itself. When I clicked on Folder Viewer (the page that's one pic per line with a "get link code" box next to each) they had been shuffled into a random order and when I clicked the "GetCodes" button at the bottom the links came up in random order, too.

It also seems that the display page that came up in order right after the first upload cannot be accessed again if you browse away from it.

Try this - log in and go to Folder Viewer to look at one of your directories. Are the pix in the right order, because none of mine are when I try that. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

By the way, I tried the eight at a time tip and in each case (after the first eight) it put one of the eight pics in an odd place with the other seven where they should be.

my folders seem to be in order. this may suck, but try loading 4 at a time, or 1 at a time. just don't try 2, one will never upload. Again, I have never had them post pics out of order. I can also use back arrow and go back and collect my links again if I need to.

There once was a way to upload by FTP, but I don't know how, or see that option. BDJ may know.
