Anyone here heard of naked shorting? I'm hearing that it is the next big thing in investing but there is some legislation currently being passed to prevent this type of shorting, although there is still time to get in on it.
Any more info?

It is a waist of time - try off-shore investing, the return is great and it is legal.
get in on the legal side, nss, naked shorting shares is about to get kicked in the butt.
SEC CEO just resigned, congress is looking at SEC much closer. DTC will soon follow.
BUY shares in the heavy NNS affected stocks, like CMKX.pk
they were heavily shorted, naked shorted, they now have TRILLIONS of shares out there, illegally.

Look, there is something wrong with the markets if you can sell a share of something that you do not even have an agreement set up for buying. It needs to be outlawed.

It is not illegal if you do it through a licensed broker.
