So it was a filehost that sent you the e-mail, and not your ISP?

The obvious answer is that someone reported whatever it was you uploaded to whichever server it was.
Companies acting on behalf of copyright owners, are always on the lookout for unauthorised distributions of any content they're paid to safeguard, when they find it, they issue a takedown notice to the file host.
Of course, sometimes it's just someone thats bored, maybe has an axe to grind, or possibly has the same file hosted and wants the traffic?

Basically there's not a lot you can do about it, copyright protection exist for a reason, and unless you have said permissions to distribute someone elses property, you'll just have to suck it up & move on, as you really don't have a leg to stand on..

As for the movie itself i'd like to say i was expecting more from it, really. So am a bit disappointed about it. :hsugh:
