Max Payne 2..worth it?

Hey anybody have or played Max Payne 2? I liked the first one, but I never heard much about #2. One of my buddies will sell it to me for $25. Is it worth it?

hell nah... max payne 2 did kick ass... i loved it, but its not worth $25 used when you can get it from ebgames.com for $19.99. Hell look around at target and walmart and you can probably find the same price. its worth owning.

Great, but not $25 great. It's a very addictive game. I spent 10 hours and played it all the way through in one sitting because it was so good.

I loved both Max Payne games. The gameplay was good, but I really liked the storyline and film noir feel to it.

But I have a hard time justifying a game I know will only take me a week or so to beat. So while I can't recommend buying it, I'd say it's definately worth renting once or twice.

I just picked it up for $15 used at EB. I liked the first one but the second installment doesn't have cheat codes. :) Sometimes it is fun to just mess around in god mode.
