this is great news for kobe, but sucks that he made the press statement he did. He should have just shut his pie hole. . . That bitch should get NOTHING, and now is looking to reap millions in a civil case that will surely include his comments made after the Criminal trial was dropped. . . all for FIVE minutes of consensual nookie? There was a part of his statement that said both parties agreed his remarks in his "apology" to Kate could not be used against him. Looks like they will settle out of court and make it go away. Look for her to pose nude in Playboy or Penthouse very soon!
