HUH? Isn't that a problem you should take up with your electric company?
You may need to be a little more descriptive before anyone here can help you.

Whatup...you might want to look at your phisical exam reports. IF you havent taken one, do so. Besides chemical imbalances and hormonal changes, you can be overweight, have high blood pressure, and have a few other problems.
Viagra works, but you might not be able to take it based on your doctor's advice. I don't know if thats what you meant by power...or the actual power to drive the rod? If so, viagra won't help much. It will give you a hardon...the rest is still up to you.

Perhaps you're just too tired and stressed. Have you tried to relax lately, enjoying your own time.
Important thing: when are you losing power, when you are with your couple or when you are having your "personal and intimate moment of self loving"?
If you're only having problems with your fiance, perhaps you're only so tired or under so many pressure to get the goal, but if you're also having problems when you're "alone" perhaps you should try visiting an expert ins sexual disfunctions.
I do not use pills and i don't recommend their use, perhaps 'cos i'm in the mid 20's, but my father is over 60's and he uses no thing beside a natural product from 4Life specially designed for keeping you strong on those terms (I think the product it's called Male Strong).
Back to the beginning, perhaps you just only need to relax and take some stress out of your body, yoga, kung fu, jogging, dinnig out, etc, it's your pick.
Cheers and i hope to be useful...

You should go to a doctor and have your steroid levels checked. Low testosterone could be a cause. I am not a doctor so talk to one. He/she could give you testosterone or hcg (Manny Ramirez) to raise the levels. Be careful because one of these will kill your sperm count, so if you are doing this to get someone pregnant you need to make the right choice.
It could also be several other issues like diabetes or even prostrate. See a urologist or a general practice doctor.

EDIT CD: Number bug
1 - see a doctor
2 - get the whole of the rest of your life back in balance
* - diet (cut the calories, and pay attention to the fat, salt and other crap)
* - smokes (stop them, all of them)
* - booze (back to 2 units a day for a month at least)
* - exercise (get at least 3 x 1 hour exervice sessions in per week, and they have to make you pant and sweat. Sex does not count as exercise for this purpose :-) )
* - stress (take a whole day a week off from all causes of stress. Dump the mobile, take a hike, bike ride, day at church, day at the art gallery, sailing, fishing, whatever)
* - relationship (start talking to each other, be intimate without sex, spend a whole day together having fun if you can)
Note, it says "see a doctor first", loss of potency can be an early warning sign of about 1000 horrible things, so, before you do anything else, go get a full check over. Blood, weight, fitness, prostate, heart, lungs, liver, brain, and stress tests. If you can get 'em, have 'em done.
The relationship thing can be a real issue. If you are in a committed relationship, then problem this can be as much a head issue as a 'spare brain' thing. You both need to understand and want a solution if that is the cause. Again, seek advice.
Now, this post may have been trolling for adverts for pills. I hope not. Though the blatant advert from MaxZorin may be a clue here. Either way you need to understand that anything not on prescription is 99.99999999999% likely to be
a) totally ineffective except as a placebo
b) expensive
c) a fraud
Therefore, as a good bit of life advice, NEVER take non prescription drugs except with the advice of your pharmacist. Aside from emptying your bank account (once you buy from one scammer on the internet, they circulate your details as a 'total mug' to all the other scammers!), you might actually die of that shit they send you.
Prescription drugs - check out an online pharmacology, like the British National Formulary. Drugs that enhance sexual function do exist, but, again, see a doctor............
