We always used "accused now." If I'm not mistaken, but I don't think old blood can infect other people. I think it needs to be relatively fresh.

I believe it would depend entirely on the hardiness of the virus itself and how long it could survive outside a host. Some can last longer than others and in harsher environs.

Given that the HIV could hang out spreading to all the blood cells in the package if it hadn't already, it could quite possibly still be infectious.

Pretty weird but I wouldn't be too worried about it, it's trasmitted through fluid contact, so as long as Obama isn't a fruity fucker he should be okay. Whoever did it is a jerk off though - he's going to get in way more trouble than it was worth.

I believe this mentally challenged refugee from Somalia mailed a letter which contained some droplets of blood on the paper. This wouldn't infect "his holiness"; HIV dies after about ten minutes outside of a live host.

What I'd like to know is how this mentally ill bastard received asylum status in our country? Previously, he was held in a mental ward for hanging out in a city intersection while hollering "allah snackbar" at the cops....
