torrent speed problem

My connection downloading speed is 64kbps but when i download torrent file thru bittorent it becomes so slow as 5 or 6kbps tell me how to get rid of this problem and which software is best for torrent downloading thnks

what torrent program are you useing?

I dont even attempt to download during the day or night although the musiic files like the Miserable Men Show and Howard Stern shows fly in but i just leave it till the mornings as the speeds hit the hundreds and you get a movie within an hour or 2
