Cipro question

Ok, so I had a root canal last night (and by last night I mean Dec. 4). For the antibiotic, I was prescribed Cipro. I didn't get it till about 7:30 tonight. I took my first dose without any real incident. However, I took another dose around 3 AM. Around 3:30, I started feeling similar symptoms to those I would have when I used to have panic attacks a lot: tingling in the extremities, shortness of breath, slight difficulty swallowing. Should I be concerned? Is this something I need to go to the hospital for, or can I just wait for it to pass?

I know Im a little late, but you should have stopped taking it. Talk with your physician about you reaction.
