What is more important is her behavior after the alleged assault. If she in fact had sex with two different partners after her encounter with Bryant, then a jury could wonder if there was an assault after all.

i read a news headline on the netscape homepage that said the accuser may drop the charges. Her attorneys say that there is no way she will get a "fair" trial now that the records are out.

The prosecutor is considering dropping the criminal suit, which would leave just a civil suit, which usually ends up with the accused whipping out a checkbook which is all she wanted in the first place

If criminal case is dropped, I wonder how a civil case would go. With what has already come out in this court, Kobe's money and legal team, and no rape shield law protection, I think they would tear the kid apart.

At least in the OJ case, the trial went its full course. Once 12 idiots declared him innocent, the civil case went forth. They waited until *AFTER* the criminal trial to file the suit. She jumped the gun. It will cost her.
