Ok- this will serve 2-4 Hungry people.

Whats Needed:
1 Bunch of Greens
1/2 Yellow Onion
1/2 Clove of Garlic
5 Stripes of Bacon
Pepper
Salt ( will be Needed)
Paprika
4 Russet Potatos
1 Can Chicken Broth

OK- This recipe is fairly light- Im not a huge fan of HamHocks or other such meats for this recipe...

Starting off with the Greens-(High Heat)
Boil 9 Cups of Water
Wash the Greens 3 times >
cut the main branch from the center (in a "V" shape)
Then roll the Greens like your rolling a joint (lolol)
and Cut into stripes of 1/2 inch pieces.
The Potatos need to be cut into 1 inch cubes- But DO NOT put them in the Water just yet- youll see why...

Next: Grab your Bacon > Onions > Paprika(Medium Heat)
Chop onion to desired amount
Add all to the pan
Fry them till they are crunchy (Bacon)- dont be afraid to get them a little dark.

While you pot of Fantastic Greens are Boiling away under a 1/2 covered pot- Throw 2 tablespoons of Salt into the pot. (Medium Heat)

Now let the pot cook for 45 mins. then add:
Whole can of Chicken Broth
Potatos

Let it simmer for anoth 15 Mins.

And there you go A Fantastic Pot of Greens-- :yumyum:
Add Hot Sauce at your own Risk---

Give it a try if you have any other ideas Please feel free to comment!!! :mags:
