i guess a civil suit has more merit after a conviction. The accuser has a bad ass attorney now (Lin Wood)
that attorney is not for the civil suit , he is for handling the media and other things and its very unusual for an accuser to have an attorney present during a crimminal procceding.

UPDATE HE IS HER MEDIA ATTORNEY FOR HER PRIVACY , but many never succeed with the media in a court case unless the media had or was proven to act out of malious intent.

yeah right... and you think she'd retain other council in the event of a civil suit... not hardly... he gets convicted and the two of them immediately file a civil action (and will get paid!)
Badass attorneys don't hang around just to handle the media for lower-middle class ppl.
So Your Saying He's There To Jump On The Band Wagon Incase She Actually WInS A Guilty Verdict?

yep, she would get a few mil. in a civil case...

he was charged well with in the time frame.... therefore the statute is not an issue
