Growing Shrooms

does any one have any suggestions on growing mushrooms? i have kinda looked it up, but i was wondering if any one has grown them before. suggestions?

My old roommate grew them. It looked very easy to do, takes 1-2 months total and cost him about $150. He got about a 1/2 lb from a 20gal fish tank his first try.
