I know it is a long read but it is worth it. I had to deal with this as well, but I still wake up with the kid 50% of the time, but I'm not sharing my bed with another person at the moment.

sorry im in the same boat but with a 2 year old
im doing tough luck

i think its the only way
she gets time out when she does things she knows isnt allowed
i sound like a monster but i know its for the better

That's what you get for having kids. Sorry but you gotta know it's gonna happen. Sneak some benadryl in her drink. lol But yeah..that's just what happens w/ kids.

is there a way to lock your bedroom door so she can't get in?

It may take a few days of no sleep, but waking up, putting her back in her room and correcting her will eventually do the trick. You have to be consistent. You r the adult and a two year old will try to get away with anything that they can.

thats right just be consistent most habits can be broken in 1-3 days. 1 being the minimum and 3 being the maximum.
Who knows you might get lucky and it will only take 1 day.
3 day habit breaking works for me.

Well, that's your very own reward on having that 3 year old. lol. Dont worry that would not last forever. Just have enough patience and surely, you'll get rid of it, at the right time.
