Advice on receiving some sats with DTV dish and LNB

i´ve read about some pC cards and receivers that, using the same dish and LNB we had for Directv, are capable of receiving Tv signal from some other satelites, eg, Dish, Pansat, etc.
Im located in Havana. What would I need to receive those tv programms, free?

Last I heard the sat are not all in the same spot in the sky. You would have to realign the dish for the sats and use a different reciever

Well I need a guide to buy a PC card and a LNB to receive disnetwork in havana in a PC, using the round dish from dtv. My area is not of the best for reception.
