I recently returned to school to get my PhD at the age of 33. Not only do I struggle with trying to catch up with technology after being gone from school for a decade, but, I've also put my life on hold until my future is more certain.

Ah...I never thought I'd miss having a steady job with a good income and a social life. :sadwavey:

more education is certainly not a bad thing, just work hard, and enjoy the benefits :D

 What I really miss is the social life!!!

I don't want to become one of those quircky scientists that is unable to socialize and is always focused on my work.

I love science, but partying is real fun too!
