and I have been cooking a lot of it lately because JEff brought back 100 pounds of Salmon and Halibut from his Alaska trip...

How do you cook yours?

I almost ALWAYS BBQ it. I make a little foil house and cook it. It keeps it nice and moist. I normally through some dill, butter and onions in the packet to flavor it.
