Tonight I had Las Margaritas: chicken, rice, tortillas, chips and queso

I cooked tonight since I actually had energy to do so. Macadamia nut crusted chicken breasts, saffron rice, and grilled veggies. And of course salad with my homemade raspberry vinaigrette.

Did a nice smoked chicken breast on the BBQ last night though. Alder chips in tin foil under the rack...let the chick sit for about 7 min...so tender, so juicy...awesome.

last night I grilled porkchops on the grill. Thaw to room temp, cover in 1 packet of ranch&seasonings salad dressing mix, place on hot grill, and sprinkle with peparika. Makes about 6 regular sized porkchops. They were wonderful!!!
