Ive tried X before, and loved it, but never mixed it with a drug like Zoloft, does anyone have any information on if this is dangerous ( aside from the "oh no drugs are bad!" kind) or not, or if there are any notable side effects?

yeah, i agree... as far as i can tell Zoloft is giving me a pretty much what i would call a mild version of what being on X is like, so mixing them, i think proably not the greatest idea, but neither is taking X to begin with, so i guess we will see what happens.

well, in case anyone was wondering ive actually managed to find some information on this subject. SSRI-based anti-depressants, to which Zoloft belongs, are not dangerous when mixed with X. SSRI's affect the serotonin levels, and how quickly it is absorbed into the brain, and MDMA ( Xtc ) floods neurons with several neurotransmitters, including dopamine and noradrenaline. And, unlike Prozac or zoloft that require use for several months if not years, MDMA appears to reduce depression, anxiety and other emotional ailments immediately.

When in doubt, always visit your friends over at erowid.org

X reduces all those symptoms immediatly because it turbo charges your pleasure centers, but you will get the opposite the morning after. If your taking anti-depressants, X will just make things worse, trust me on that.

if your on SSRIs like zoloft or other antidepressants and take ecstasy, the effects of rolling wont be as strong since the mechanism that controls the release of neurotransmitters is being tightly regulated by the antidepressants.
