Hi this is a simple recipe that tastes great and is probably completely different to anything you've made before

Firstly you need to have an ingredient called fish sauce, its a thai, it's pretty common in oriental supermarkets

Ingredients

1 tablespoon oil
8 pork ribs
4 tablespoons sugar
4 cloves of garlic, roughly cut
1 teaspoon fish sauce

procedure

-cook the oil and sugar on a low heat in a frying pan with a lid for about 5 mins
-when the sugar melts, then starts to caramelize (bubbles and smokes) wait about 20 seconds and then add the pork and rest of the ingredients.
-cover and leave on a low heat for about 30mins (no more) or until all the juices have dried up

serve with some cooked vegetable and rice (add the cooked rice to the frying pan to soak up the sauce)

Enjoy!

I've smelled fish sauce before and it smells like ass. However, I've had it before in other dishes that were VERY good. So this has the possibility of being pretty tasty.
