Looking for good thai recipes

A couple girlfriends and I get together every now and then for a weekend to cook theme foods. Our next theme is thai food but none of us have any experience with it or any recipes. We've looked online but if any of you have any good recipes, please share. :) Thanks.

Okay, what do you guys order when you go to thai restaurants?

I make thai curries, but the base ingridient is curry paste which is pretty common in oriental supermarkets in the uk,

massaman, red and green curries are all pretty simple if you can find the paste
