REGARDLESS OF HOW BAD THE KOBE ACCUSER OR EVEN THE DA LOOKS I believe this case will continue on to trial not only because of racial bias but because mark hulbert was very unknown until this case.so what you have is this case being prosecuted because of secondary motivations such as seeking fame and fortune, racial animousity/bias and or biogitry ect.
