Hi, i'm living with a sri lankian guy this year and he taught me this recipe, enjoy!

Ingredients

4 Chicken Breasts/Beef and potatoes (if using potatoes they should be half boiled separately)
1.5 Tablespoons hot chili powder
2 Tablespoons hot curry powder
4 Garlic Cloves roughly cut
2 teaspoons salt
4 medium onions, finely sliced
5 tablespoon oil
15 curry leaves (preferably fresh)
1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
4 cardomen pods
2 teaspoons butter

Procedure

Thoroughly Mix Salt, chili and curry powders with meat and cardomen, meat should be covered with spice, add more curry powder if necessary
Fry onion in oil on a low heat
After 20 mins, add garlic, curry leaves and cumin
After 5 mins add meat mix
Reduce to low heat and:
After 15 mins, add 25 mil water (and potatoes)
5 mins later add 25 ml milk and 2 teaspoons butter
After 5 more mins (or however long until potatoes are done) serve with rice

If you like it I have a few more and would be happy to share

I will have to try out that recipe.

I work with a lady from Sri Lanka and she gave me her family recipe for chicken curry, but the ingredient list is a bit longer. I will dig it up and post it.
