any news on how the current 'decriminalization' policy is going???

im sure the federal gov't is going to intervene or something...im just hoping that this will jumpstart other cities to do the same...think if only 1 city in every state decrimialized it....the gov't would have their hands tied up for a loooongggg time...and the genie would be out of the bottle...

It's kind of a question of enforcement. A few months ago Oakland pretty much legalized prostitution by voting to make it a minimum priority for the city police. It may still be illegal as per state laws, but it's pretty much legal anyway since no one will bust them.
