No real correct answer here. It depends a lot on the person, not only you but who your are with.
Ill say this though, masturbating like a maniac wont make you better or worse at sex. Maybe you can train yourself to las longer like some said, i dont know. What i do know is that its not always how long u last but how u use the time u last to make the better experience.
