Well, there's probably a thousand different possibilites that could have occured if the Tuck Rule never existed. But I do believe that once you learn how to win, you never lose that. And it undoubtedly helped them last year. Tough losses to Pittsburgh and Miami might have derailed some other teams, but the Pats have the mental toughness (that you get from winnning... a lot) that's needed to get beyond those types of games. I really think not winning that title could have made all the difference.

And if any team can break the "curse" of the Superbowl losers, it's Philly. They've got enough firepower, they shouldn't have to worry about a losing season. They'll be fine.

For this season, my only hope is that Mooch comes to his senses this year and dumps that "West Coast" shit and just throw the damn ball down the field. Our boys are too good at stretching the field, and Jones is too explosive for this to be a "Possession" offense like he had in San Fran. Run 'N' Gun baby! :happycow:
